With the market the way it is and all the perks to buying right now, we have decided to start looking. We found a house we really like. It is a bit over what we want to pay but it is in a great neighborhood and just has good bones to it. Not too much money would have to go into it to make it our home. It is a fantastic price for this house and for the neighborhood. Problem is, it has only been on the market for 2 weeks. Doubt they will drop to what we need them to. Trying to decide whether to put in an offer and how much. Praying for some guidance. Any real estate advice?? You SC people would not believe the market here. I saw a mobile home for over $240,000 the other day. On 1 acre. Yeah....crazy house prices but they are dropping, to my advantage, and others disadvantage.

House Hunting

Good luck, it can be a tough decision but I hope you get your offer if you decide to make it!! If not, maybe there is an even better house out there for you! :) Crossing my fingers you get what you want!!!
