Well, got a call from my wonderful realtor, Barbara Sgueglia and she gave us this scoop. There is another offer on the table. Good news is that right now ours is the best offer. Now we have to decide what our final offer is by 4 pm tomorrow and it will then be decided who gets the house. Us or them. UGH!!! We will crunch numbers and talk tonight but...whatever happens is meant to be. I do hope we get it but I also know that the Lords plan is bigger and better than mine and we will do all we can but if it is not enough, then it is not "home"! I will let you know as soon as we know.

here it is. It is a great price for the neighborhood and a wonderful neighborhood. It is also 15 minutes from Mike's work. We met the neighbors across the street and they have a little girl who is 3 and they were really nice. Gave us lots of info. So...we will see...
