The waiting game...

We have officially put an offer on a house! It is a foreclosure priced at a great price and it is in good condition. We will have to do a little work but very little compared to others we have considered. We are really nervous and really excited! Just hoping and praying that what is meant to be will be. It is hard to decide sometimes what is the Lords will and what is ours. Your prayers are appreciated for guidance! If our offer is accepted, and it very well may not be, this will be our first house! There are so many wonderful things about this house, the neighborhood and the area but, it would mean we would be leaving Virginia Beach, the place we call home. We so love Virginia Beach and did not realize how much we did until we considered laving. However, we are miltary and leaving is part of the job! So...maybe, just maybe we will be off to a new adventure right around the corner in North Suffolk. And maybe, just maybe we will have some cool neighbors and Mike will have a shorter drive to work. And, maybe, just maybe we can have a new house that is ours, really ours and we can put some love into it and call it home for 2 1/2 years. And maybe when we leave Hampton Roads we can make some money when we sell it. Only time will tell...
