Monday our wonderful realtor, Barbara did the termite and moisture inspection and it passed! Whoop whoop!(with hand in the air raising the roof!) That is just one step closer...
Now come on bank....lets keep this train moving!!!! If you didn't know..banks are slow. The bank is the seller BTW. Come on bank and VA....July closing date with NO whammies!!!!! Our fingers are crossed and our prayers are said!

ReplyDeleteWe have a little over 2 years left and then mike only has 1 1/2 until 20! I will be an investment for sure. Tired of throwing our money away! Plus it is a great deal!
