Yep, we are expecting a baby!!! We found out as soon as we got back from Christmas Vacation and it has been a roller coaster ever since! We are so excited! It is just what we wanted and what we prayed for. And a Sept baby to boot! What a beautiful month to celebrate! We told the family and close friends pretty quick and as soon as I had my first exam we told everyone! However it has been a stressful pregnancy. My gestational diabetes is back and so early and we will be going through genetic counseling due to being "advanced maternal age". I have had some issues but nothing too frightening however it all has kept me on the edge of my seat. Needless to say I have prayed a lot.
So...I am 12 weeks now. Close to being out of my first trimester! YEAH! Still very nauseated and get tired often but overall it has been easier than my pregnancy with Sullivan. I think I am having a boy but have been thinking pink lately and Mike thinks it is a girl. That really doesn't mean much because he just knew Sully was going to be a girl too. Sullivan and Anna both want a boy! I just want a healthy baby, however I do have girl names and am struggling with boy names. But it doesn't matter. Good thing we have time! I am definitly growing but have not actually gained any weight which is good. I am on a pretty strict diet but have done so well! I am so proud of myself for this. So....I hope to be blogging more and more...stay tuned! Until then, here is baby Curti #2 at 10 weeks and a proud big brother!
