Over Half Way to ONE

My little man is 7 months now.  I can not believe it!  How time flies.  It has been a crazy month!  We have been to ER twice.  All is fine.  The first time we went for a swollen testicle.  I was not too worried but a friend shared her experience and we decided we better be safe and go.  So, we did.  Turns out he has something called a hydrocele.  That means that when the testicle drops from the abdomen the "hole" it came through does not close up and fluid leaks into the scrotum.  It should heal by age one and if not he may have minor surgery.  I am not too worried right now.  Hoping for it to heal though.  Obviously.  The second time he has conjunctivitis and double ear infections.  Bless his heart.  He is all well now though.  When we went to the doctor for his follow up appointment she said he looks great!  He is a pretty good baby.  Better at somethings than Sullivan was as a baby and much tougher at other things.  Just all together different.  Still amazes me I can have 2 children from the same parents, same belly and one has such blue eyes and the other such dark eyes.  Still not sure what color they are.  He is eating like a champ.  Nursing like a champ.  Loves to jump and especially loves to be held.  He has been to the movies and the circus and was a good boy at both.  He is babbling now....saying dadadadada and mama sometimes but not associating them with us.  He loves hearing his G.G. on the phone.  He adores his big brother and gets a kick out of the school bus bringing the kids home.  We all adore him.  Can not imagine life without this little guy. I am a terrible mother.  I have not taken his 7 months picture yet.  But I will....tomorrow.  And I will add it right here.  Promise.
