Kangaroo Jac's

On Thursday we went to Kangaroo Jac's with my mommy meet up group! I was late because Sullivan did not want to take off his jammies. He is in a weird phase where he loves to stay home in his jammies and watch TV. I have to bribe him and it feels weird to beg your 2 1/2 year old to go to Chuck e Cheese. I mean seriously. I finally got him out of the house and got there. Whew.. It was a really neat place. An inflatable jump/slide castle room! He went straight to the arcade games! UGH!!! We were just at Chuck e Cheese, you would think the inflatables would excite him. Anyway, I finally got him in a smaller one. He loved it and got brave and headed into another one with JP. I was going to just walk along the side in case he needed help but as I walked around this thing I realized that I could not see in, anywhere. So I thought maybe I should go in, in case he needs help. (parents can play too :)) Then I thought that if I did he would come out and not see me and panic. Or, I may have a panic attack inside this thing. (I am slightly claustrophobic, or something.) So, I waited and got more and more panicky as I did not see him and I kept thinking that I heard him crying, but then I thought it was just like when you are blow drying your hair and you hear them cry, but when you shut it off they really aren't crying. I thought I was just being paranoid so....I waited. Just as I was about to go in out comes JP with no Sully. I asked JP where Sullivan was and as he was starting to tell me, "He wants his mommy!" out comes a pitifully crying Sullivan. He was terrified! I have no clue what happened. I do not know if he got stuck or couldn't find his way out or what but he would not get on anything else for a while. He did end up going on the smaller slide a good bit and my sweet friend Erin took him up the bigger slide. He loved it but was a little skeptical about climbing up to the top by himself. We did it a few times and then it was Limbo time! The kids LOVED the limbo and all got prizes for a job well done. It was time to go, I mean seriously, 3 hours of jump castles was enough! Plus daddy was at home waiting on us AND my camera was in route so.....we headed home. It was a wonderful time with great company! This is such a wonderful group of ladies and kids! I just knew he would fall asleep in the car on the way home after a fun filled morning, but no...he talked the whole way home! We had a really good time and I can not wait to go back! Thanks Angie for the pictures!!!
