I am thankful for YOU!

This Thanksgiving was different.  We spent it with Noni, John Paul and his girls!  For the first time EVER we got Anna for Thanksgiving!  It was such a treat and we are so thanksful for that!  We all went to the Santee and had a wonderful time.  We played in the yard, cooked, roasted marshmellows, made cookies, watched movies, watched the Clemson vs Carolina game, cried, built fires, raked pine needles, played cards, ate, ate and ate, played outside with the dogs and kidsand just enjoyed being at a place that you can truely relax!  I can honestly say that I have not seen Noni laugh like that is a long, long time.  It is good for your spirit!  We played Phase 10 all 3 nights and had fires every day.  The food was yummy and the fact that we could stay in stretchy pants was even better! I am so thankful for so much...too much to list but I will say as much as I missed my family I am thankful that my Mom got to spend some quality time with her sisters.  They don't see each other enough.  I miss our Christmas Day trip to New Bern or Atlanta.  I am also thankful for all Dad's firewood!  The heat was out at the lake house so we depended on those fire's and the little space heaters!  I am thankful that Zeke let us borrow Elliott's 4-wheeler because the kids had a blast on it and that is what it is all about.  I am thankful for all the obvious and so, so much more!  And to top off our wonderful Thanksgiving weekend, Mom and Dad came down the last night!
