My heart is full...

Today was the Mothers Day Brunch at Sullivan's school and let me tell you it was the sweetest thing.  I can't hug Sully enough and just want to love on him all day.  I dropped Sully off at school at 9 and was supposed to be back at 11.  When I got there we waited outside until each child game out to get his or her mom.  They were supposed to say, 'Welcome Mom, I will take you to your seat."  Sullivan got embarrassed and just grabbed my hand and led me to my seat.  I already had a mommy knot in my throat.  He looked so handsome with his new haircut. So, I sat where I was told and Sullivan joined his friends in circle time.  They had all of us mommies sitting at the kids table in kid sized chairs.  There was a pink table cloth, pink roses on the table and hand made surprises from out little ones at out spot.  Sullivan made me a flower pot with fingerprint flowers on it.  It had a "bunch of helping hands" in it.  Each hand had something Sullivan was going to do for me this week.  Then there was a card that the kids made that had seeds in it.  We get to plant the card in the yard.  He also made me a butterfly magnet.  Then the "show" started.  They sang  songs about how pretty their mommy is, how nice their mommy is and how much they love their mommy!  I was so thankful when I saw I was not the only one with tears running down my cheeks.  After they sang to us they said the blessing and served us brunch.  It was so nice.  After we ate, the kids took our plates away and we joined them in circle time.  Mrs. Lynn read us all the book, I Love You Forever.  Luckily we have the book and have read it several times or like the mommy next to me, I would have been bawling.  And last Mrs. Rima had drawings and descriptions of each of us mommies.  She read the back and showed the picture and let us guess who it was, however the kiddos usually gave it away!  It was so cute!  We laughed and cried and enjoyed being mommies!!!  I love being a mommy, especially Sullivan's mommy.  I would not trade it for anything.  He is an amazing kid and I am so lucky the Lord blessed me with him.  And to think that I will have another little rascal to love soon.  And I thought my heart was full now...
