We decided to try to get Sullivan in the early Start program in Suffolk this year and although he did FANTASTIC on his interview we still got in. Yet another perk of being a military family! So this year he started Pre-K at Northern Shores Elementary. He attends school just like he would in Kindergarden from 9:00 - 3:15 and even rides the bus to and from school. We met the teachers, got his supplies and prepped him and he was through the roof with excitement! When the bus picked him up that first day I was a little emotional but so excited for him. G.G., Pop, Mike, Mason and I all saw him off. That was special! He had a wonderful first day. He said he did cry a little bit because he wanted to come home but we feel sure it was just because he was so tired. It had been quite a weekend for us in the Curti household. We are so proud of our big boy. We know he will do well in school and are overjoyed at the big kid he is growing to be. However we do wish time could slow down just a bit. He is growing up way too fast!!!

Sullivan and his teacher going into school! Thanks Ann and Rich for taking this for us.
Coming home from school!
