We love buffalo wings around here and I love this dip so I thought I would try it! It was pretty easy and de-lish and made a lot!!! We were able to freeze over half of it and will enjoy it this weekend when my brother and his family are here!
You will need:
2 10 oz cans of chunk chicken - drained
2 blocks of cream cheese - softened
3/4 cup of pepper sauce (we used )
1 cup of ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla chips or crackers
crock pot
skillet - large
1. Heat chicken and pepper sauce in skillet on medium heat until warmed all the way through.
2. Add ranch dressing
3. Add softened cream cheese and stir until mixed well
4. Add half the cheese
5. Transfer to crockpot and let cook on med. Add rest of cheese to top.
6. Let top cheese melt and get bubbly
7. Serve warm
I actually scooped some out, put it in a dish, layered it with cheese and then broiled it. YUM...
