Mason turned 9 months old on the 4th - yep I am a bit late on this post but, he is still 9 months! He is a handful for sure I tell you. Demanding and ambitious! And has a scream that will make you think he has a hair tied tight around his little toe and can not tell us to get it off. A scream that says I am in pain, real pain. But, he isn't. It is a scream not a cry and you will want to rush off to the ER because you just know something is wrong. We know, because we have. But, it is his little way of communicating. Sweet little Mason. He has been called a trouble maker at the gym because he will start screaming and then all the other babies start crying. Yup, that's my boy. Lets see, what all is he doing now??? (besides screaming) He wants to get into everything, EVERYTHING. He is not crawling yet but he is pulling himself up to standing. He has had his 3rd ear infection and a referral to the ENT. He has had thrush(me too). He LOVES his walker but still liked being held better than anything. He loves formula. Still nursing but had to supplement because thrush HURTS!!!! He loves music. Adores his brother and sister but thinks his mama is the best! Yeah me. (sarcasm) He now has 5 teeth with 1 more about to pop through. Still has the hydrocele and subsequently a urologist appointment in July to decide what to do. His laugh lights up his entire face and his lashes are amazing! He is eating stage 3 foods with banana chunks, puffs, baby mum mum "cookies" and a few other real foods. He loves the bath tub but is still getting used to the pool. He is sleeping better at night. Most nights sleeps from 8:30 ish until somewhere between 3:00 and 5:00. He will usually go back to sleep until at least 6 and sometimes later. Hurray for more sleep! Hip hip hurray! He is wearing 9-12 month clothes. I do not think he is going to be quite as tall as Sullivan. He is so tan. I get asked weekly is he is a mixed baby. Cracks me up. Love that Italian skin and those big beautiful eyes. He is simply darling. I adore him and am so bless to have him! I can not believe he will be 1 in 2 months.
