First Day of Kindergarden

Well, school has finally started!  Can I get a who hew??  Yes ma'am I am so ready for routine and some good old fashioned learning!!!  Sullivan started Kindergarten and I never knew he would be so excited!  After 2 weeks he still says daily, "Mom, I have to tell (insert any name) that I am in Kindergarten now!"  Too cute!  We are thrilled with his teacher and as you know love his school!!!  He got some school supplies, some new clothes and most importantly a new back pack and lunch box!  He HAD to have one that hooked to his lunch box.  I finally found one for boys at Lands End and he thinks it is the best.  Is still showing it off! It makes me so happy that he does not bed for a character one.  ;)   He has homework every day but Friday and when he comes home from school he is so happy!  I could not be any more thrilled.  So...as my heart is a little sad that my big boy is growing us so fast, I am filled with uber amounts of joy for him as he starts a journey in the best way possible.  Sullivan, Mommy and Dad are so proud of you!  Keep up the good work and good attitude and you will go far.  I promise!  Hugs and Kisses to our amazing boy! 

    All of the Kindergarten children wore these hats with their teachers name on them.  When they got off the bus they were able to be directed to their classroom.  Of course this is old school to him since he was here last year but it really helped with getting them to their classes with less confusion and tears.  And....this is not his new backpack.  It had not come in the mail yet.  I know, bad mommy!!!  This was actually his diaper bag when he was little.  Ha Ha!  I love it and he does too but it was just too big for him to carry to school!  Didn't he look so handsome???
